Training & Education
Epic Partners provides a wide range of community activities and events for the residents of the St.Ann’s and Sneinton inner city wards of Nottingham.
These diversionary programmes provide people with the opportunity to participate in activities in an enjoyable and safe environment.
We aim to support participants in developing confidence, self esteem, emotional resilience and raise their personal aspirations to help them find employment, further education or volunteering opportunities.

Family Mentor Service
In partnership with Framework we support the development of the SSBC Family Mentor Service in the wards of St Ann’s and Arboretum. This involves acting as the link between the service and schools, nurseries and local organisations to help raise awareness and promote the SSBC Family Mentor programme and co-ordinate events.

These programmes are developed to help increase people’s confidence in speaking English, help reduce barriers to engagement and progression, increase their knowledge of other supportive organisations and agencies.
This has been delivered through a range of project themes including employments skills, creative crafts and cooking as well as pure conversation groups. As importantly, the sessions also bring people of different cultures, language and backgrounds together thus helping to reduce isolation and increase their network of friends and acquaintances.
